Therapy is a form of self-care AND community care. This type of care should be accessible to all. Destigmatizing mental health is a personal passion of mine.
Mental health support, whatever that means to you, is a major key to ensuring real social problems are addressed. I specialize in trauma healing and intersecting identities, using a systems approach.
Finding a therapist you can connect with is key to your progress. If we discover that I cannot be that person for you, I can be a link you to someone who can.
