Social Work Supervision
Social justice work, wherever it takes place, is incredibly physically and emotionally taxing. Burnout rates are high, and secondary (or vicarious) trauma impacts follow practitioners even when they leave the field.
I am passionate about supporting new and experienced social workers as they navigate this space. This comes in the form of supervision to limited licensed social workers, fully licensed social workers with an interest in an NASW-CORE Supervision Certified supervisor, or individuals looking for guidance and support without a professional requirement.
Culturally responsive, trauma-informed, compassionate, and committed supervision is my specialty, with a focus on self-care, social justice, and nonprofit community leadership.
Group and 1:1 options are available.
