Karen has obtained college degrees, including a Masters in Organizational Leadership, a Bachelors in Community Services from Siena Heights University, and lastly, an Associates in Mental Health and Addiction Studies from Wayne County Community College.

Karen is an advocate for mental and emotional health. She believes that new parents may feel overwhelmed with the demands of careers and life's responsibilities which can
covertly steal the excitement and confidence of a joyous birthing experience. As parents grow their families, Karen is there with support, expertise, and empowerment, coaching clients through pregnancy, labor, and the post-partum period.
